Small segment from Jiri Kylian's "Saraband", part of the Black & White ballets. I see this work as a statement on man's battle with woman all stemming from the domination by the mother. The dresses represent the mother, the child falls from her body - a fish out of water - and then struggles to free himself entirely from her hovering presence. A futile effort.

What do you think?

In other news, I am writing more on my other blog, posting pictures, video and music and art fuckery which is my term for oddball sexually suggestive photography. Maybe you'll stop by?
